How to Find It

From downtown Darrington, ride north to Sauk Prairie Rd. Turn right and in about 2 miles the forest service road goes South on your right.

The FS Road is a long, 'up and over' Gold Mountain and ends up 8 miles South of Darrington on the Mountain Loop Hwy. There are several spur roads for exploring.
