Lower Mountain Skills Park is now open!

Evergreen is partnering with the State of Washington and DNR to turn Darrington's North Mountain into a mountain bike destination.  This is the potential for a showcase trail system that brings economic development to the town of Darrington and has the potential to be one of Washington's premier trail systems.

How to Find It

Riding: From the IGA in the center of Darrington, head north on Railroad Ave. Turn into the gravel lot at Price St and find the beginning of the Whitehorse trail at the north end of the lot. Take the Whitehorse trail for 2 miles. Turn right onto the powerline road and the trailhead will be on your left in roughly 0.5 miles. Directions: https://goo.gl/maps/Hfzv8Wvsnz22

Driving: From the center of Darrington, head north on Hwy 530 for 1 mile. Take a left on North Mountain Rd. In 1.4 miles the trails are on your left and right.
