Chapters · Eastern WA / Spokane area

East.

Building trails and community across eastern Washington — from Beacon Hill to Mount Spokane.

01 / Regional Overview

Where we ride.

The East chapter cultivates mountain biking opportunities across eastern Washington for all skill levels. The chapter's approach combines trail creation and maintenance with landowner partnerships to protect access, rider education programs (clinics, camps, and private lessons), and deep community engagement.

Signature systems include Beacon Hill and Camp Sekani in Spokane, the Mica Peak Conservation Area, and Mount Spokane State Park. The chapter operates its own website at evergreeneast.org and runs a robust work party program through the riding season.

Mountain biking has the power to unleash joy — rain or shine. East chapter riders know that eastern Washington's drier climate and fast-draining soils make for some of the best year-round riding in the state.
